The Medical Alert Program is designed to support customers who use
qualifying medical devices by providing advance notice of scheduled power
interruptions , when possible, so they can make appropriate backup
arrangements.

Medical Alert is designed to provide customers with prior notice of power
interruptions due to scheduled service maintenance, allowing them time to
secure back-up.
To be eligible for this program, you or someone living in your household must
be diagnosed by a qualified physician with one or more of the following
