Synthetic turf soccer fields are used by Town Parks and Recreation programs,
rentals, and is the home field for the Wake Futbol Club.
Turf fields can accommodate two regulation size fields, four U10 fields, or
four U12 fields and include professional-quality sports lighting.

Free Play on North Main Athletic Complex (NMAC) Multi-Purpose Field

The synthetic turf multi-purpose field accommodates Town sports programs and
rentals. The Parks and Recreation staff also wants to maximize opportunities
for free, open play.

Teams and organized groups are required to rent space. Times for free, open
play are adjusted seasonally according to field availability and demand.

Rentals take precedence over free, open play. However, rentals also may open
up opportunities for free play when not all of the field is needed. Click

application is required to request athletic facility reservations.

Open Play Schedule

Check the schedules below to see weekly times for open play and how much space
is available. The North Main Athletic Complex (NMAC) Turf fields are open from
7:30 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. Monday - Friday, and 7:30 a.m.-8 p.m. on the weekends,
unless other activities are scheduled past this time. Due to the high volume
of activity and recurring updates to the field reservations, open play
schedules are subject to change.

Per Quad : $35/hour for residents; $53/hour for non-residents.

Whole complex per day : $1,500

Lighting charge : $20/hour for residents: $30/hour for non-residents

Field Lining/Prep : $90 for residents; $135 for non-residents*

Refundable Damage Deposit : $100
